Ray is an employee benefits producer with Alera Group in Las Vegas. He has owned 4 businesses in the motorsports and tourism industries and has a broad understanding of the challenges of owning and running a business. He’s passionate about helping companies find unique solutions to increase employee retention while cutting costs. Ray has a deep love of motorsports and was a professional driver and instructor for over 10 years. He has worked closely with engineers and manufacturers developing, testing, and racing high performance cars of all types.
